When to explore tuisheet.
tuisheet documents a keyboard-driven spreadsheet workflow with editable cells, multiple worksheets, formula calculation, undo and XLSX file handling. Its maker describes the project as mostly vibe coded with Codex and OpenCode, and says it replaced Excel and LibreOffice for daily personal spreadsheet work. Released binaries are available.
What to check first.
Terminal interface rather than Excel ribbon. Linux is the maker’s best-tested platform; Windows has shortcut differences. Only the documented formula set is established. Charts, VBA, Power Query and fidelity of complex workbooks are not established. Source-documented capabilities have not been independently runtime-tested.
Work on a copy of a representative file. Compare formulas, workbook files, macros against your actual requirements, then inspect the final output in the tool used by your collaborators.
